Frequently Asked Question
What is a Flower Subscription?
A flower subscription is a service where you sign up in advance to receive fresh, farm-grown bouquets regularly—usually once a week—during the growing season. By purchasing a subscription, you’re reserving a share of the farm’s flower harvest for a specific season.
This model helps farms financially, especially during winter and early spring when expenses are high but cash flow is low. Subscribers support the farm upfront, which allows the farm to cover essential costs like seeds, soil, and supplies before the flowers are even growing.
In return, members get high-quality, seasonal flowers that are much fresher and more beautiful than the typical flowers sold at grocery stores. However, because farming is unpredictable, members also share some risks—like occasional poor harvests due to bad weather, pests, or natural disasters.
By participating, you’re not just buying flowers—you’re supporting local agriculture, protecting farmland, and helping small family farms survive and thrive.
What are the flower subscription options?
Spring for the month of March/April – mid- May = 6 beautiful bouquets on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Summer months: mid-May – beginning of August = 6 beautiful bouquets on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
*(depending on crop production)
Can I purchase all the seasonal flower CSA’s?
Yes, you may purchase all of them by adding them all to your shopping cart and checking out online.
What kind of flowers will I receive?
Each subscription includes Optimal Seasonal Blooms, meaning you’ll receive whatever is the freshest and highest quality from the farm each week.
In July, expect a vibrant mix of seasonal favorites, including sunflowers, zinnias, snapdragons, and Persian Cress and Marigolds.
In June, you can expect mixed bouquets featuring flowers like sunflowers, larkspur, snapdragons, zinnias, and more.
When can I pick up my flowers?
Each subscription will have pick up dates and times for you to pick up flowers from our farm stand. Our farm stand is located within the email that you received up on you signing up for this subscription. Ours will vary in June and July based on temperatures open times will be communicated to Sub subscribers via email.
When are the subscriptions available to purchase?
Each subscription becomes available for purchase in September of the current year for the upcoming year/season, as well as again in the spring if we haven’t sold out. Our summer subscriptions also go on sale in the spring and often sell out quickly, so be sure to purchase early! To stay in the loop, join our email list and we’ll notify you as soon as subscriptions launch.
I’m out of town. I’m on vacation. Can I get my bouquet another day or a week?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling for missed pickups due to the carefully planned nature of our subscription process.
If you’re unable to pick up your bouquet, we strongly recommend sending a friend or family member to pick it up for you.
Please be sure to communicate with both Spring’s Petal Garden and your designated pickup person about the best time and location for pickup.
If no one is able to pick up your share, you will forfeit your flowers for that week.

REFUND POLICY
Cut flower bouquets:
Our desire is to sell fresh long lasting flowers and we pride ourselves in handling each stem with extreme care to ensure their quality. Once they leave our farm, we are unable to guarantee their care. To ensure a long lasting bouquet please refresh the water daily, keep out of intense heat or cold, and keep out of direct sunlight. No need for plant food, as these flowers are locally grown and know nothing but our environment. Following these steps will keep your flowers beautiful to enjoy for the week or longer. There is a care tag, sticker that will be on all wrapped bouquets as well as a poster in our Bloomin Shed with the care instructions.
