Spring’s Petal Garden – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Spring’s Petal Garden Flower Subscription (for yourself or as a gift), you agree to the following:
Subscription Commitment
- By signing up for a subscription (either for yourself or someone else), your spot IS RESERVED for 6 bouquets.
- Pre-payment is required for the subscription in order to reserve your bouquet.
- No refunds are available once a subscription is purchased.
- You may transfer your subscription to someone else if needed.
- If gifting a subscription, you are responsible for informing the recipient of these terms and conditions.
Spring Subscriptions depending on crop (March-May) – Summer (June-August)
- Spring’s Petal Garden may adjust pick-up dates based on weather, crop bloom times, and other external factors.
- You will receive email updates and text reminders provided we have your current number, regarding your pick up.
- It is your responsibility to add bloomin@springspetalgarden.com to your email contacts.
- Check spam and promotion folders to ensure you don’t miss any of our communications.
- Contact the farm if you don’t receive emails within two weeks of the expected pickup date.
- Expected pick-up dates are listed under each product description.
- It is your responsibility to pick up your bouquets during the designated pick-up timeframes.
- If you cannot pick up your flowers, you may send a friend to do so.
- If flowers are not picked up during the scheduled window, you forfeit that week’s bouquet.
- Spring’s Petal Garden cannot accommodate special pick-up requests outside of assigned times unless pre-discussed. The reservation is slotted for you and helps us space our guests and gives each guest the best experience. This includes if being late to the appointed time. It affects the next guest. We are here for you within our business hours. If you need help, have questions or need to reschedule your pickup, we are happy to assist. You must contact us ahead of your appointed time to ensure we are able to accommodate all needed changes.
Rewards and Risks of Farming
- As a subscription member, you share in both the rewards and risks of farming.
- Rewards include fresh, premium-quality flowers.
- Risks include potential poor harvests or total crop loss due to weather, pests, drought, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best here on the farm to ensure a healthy harvest.
- Spring’s Petal Garden works diligently to produce an abundant flower supply but cannot guarantee harvest yields.
Flower Care
- Flowers are perishable, with an expected vase life of 5 to 7 days, depending on care and variety, the vase life could be much longer.
- Spring’s Petal Garden provides flower care instructions at the start of your subscription.
- All flowers are harvested at peak condition, but vase life varies by variety and care practices.
- Spring’s Petal Garden is not responsible for shortened vase life or poor flower quality due to improper care after pick-up.
Communication
- Communication will be via email from bloomin@springspetalgarden.com.
- You are responsible for:
- Adding the email to your contact list.
- Checking spam and promotions folders.
- Contacting the farm immediately if you do not receive a receipt or subscription emails within two weeks of the expected start date.
- Missing a pick-up due to missed emails or other reasons will result in forfeiture of your flowers without refund or replacement.
